Cuisinart DGB-650BC Grind-and-Brew Thermal 10-Cup Automatic Coffeemaker
That 1st morning, I known as Cuisinart client Service twice. First, I required facilitate registering the merchandise as a result of I did not have the merchandise box to induce the correct numbers and that i did not have a manual. Downloaded the manual, however could not get the grinder to figure. known as client service once more whereas firing up the recent low pot to induce some caffeine into our Saturday morning fast. seems the DG300 was discontinued and primarily based on the manufacture date was already out of warranty by the time I purchased it. First, they recommended returning it to the shop. once I explained that it had been a floor model purchased the day before and it had been the last one that they had, the agent place me on hold. She came back when a short consultation with a supervisor. The warranty was expired, however since i’d simply purchased it, Cuisinart honored the complete product warranty! Second, traditional warranty service needs you to pay shipping to AND from Cuisinart. as a result of I had simply purchased the item, they waived the shipping to Cuisinart and sent the new one right out at no value. Third, as a result of it had been a discontinued model, Cuisinart upgraded my purchase to ensuing comparable model. That model was out of stock, so that they upgraded my purchase to the DGB-650BC.
I received the replacement in the week and that i fully love it! this can be currently my fourth variety of grind and brew low maker. This one is certainly the best to wash. I additionally just like the charcoal water filter as we’ve terrible water quality. The carafe does not drip when it pours just like the Mr low model. the sole factor I liked regarding the Melita over all the others is that the filter basket was the grinding basket, therefore fewer things to wash. the disadvantage was that you just could not amendment the filter basket when it got nasty unless you needed to order a brand new grinder/filter from Melita.
Most important to me, however, is that the client service expertise. Cuisinart has wonderful, useful client service reps and that they stand behind their merchandise. Lately, most corporations I’ve addressed are terrible, however Cuisinart continues to uphold high client care standards and that they transcend to form things right.
